Mirroring the unwavering strength of Celtic figure Cú Chulainn, this red ale is a mighty example of the traditional Irish style. BRÚ Brewery Was established in 2013 and Carrig Brewing Co was founded in 2011. In 2019 we merged, uniting the talent of both teams at our Trim brewhouse, and our passion to get the highest quality Irish beer into the hands of customers continues.
