Please read this Agreement carefully as it governs your use of the Kelly’s Centra Online Store website – www.kellyscentra.ie – (the ‘Site’). By continuing to use our site you are agreeing to the terms set out below and are confirming that you are above the Irish legal age to purchase alcohol which currently stands at 18 years of age. Persons under the legal age to purchase alcohol in Ireland are not permitted to purchase, receive, or subscribe to any goods or services from this site.

Limited Rights to Use Content
All material including any intellectual property in it displayed on the Site (“Content”) belongs to Kelly’s Centra or its suppliers. Kelly’s Centra gives you the right, for your own personal or non-commercial purposes only to (1) retrieve and display the Content on your PC screen; (2) print individual pages on paper; (3) store individual pages in electronic format. You may not store any Content on any server or other storage device connected to an external network, or make any other use of the Content.

Purchases
The prices for goods displayed for sale on the Site are as set out on the Site and are inclusive of VAT and Duty at rates valid as of time of purchase. Where additional charges are made for delivery, they are clearly displayed.
By completing and submitting the electronic order form on the site you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
By making that offer to purchase goods, you are also authorising Kelly’s Centra to deduct the amount from the payment method provided. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email, stating that the goods ordered have been dispatched. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive an email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion. Where we are unable to fulfil part or all of your order, we will contact you and arrange to refund that amount to you.
Delivery
Kelly’s Centra offer a nationwide delivery, serviced through our own fleet of vehicles and selected logistics partners. Deliveries are typically made within 2-3 working days. During extremely busy periods our delivery periods may be extended. Where this occurs we will make every effort to communicate this with you.
Goods must be ordered by and received by a person 18 years of age or older. Where any of our drivers are in doubt as to the age of the person receiving the goods, they reserve the right to request proof of age and / or retain the goods until they can be received by a person of or above the legal age to purchase alcohol.
Cancellation of Orders, Returns & Refunds
You can cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. Simply contact us by phone on 074-9122026 from outside Ireland +353 749122026 or [email protected]. To help us assist you as quickly as possible please quote your order reference number.
We work hard to ensure that our goods arrive at your door exactly as they left ours. Unfortunately, accidents can happen. In the unfortunate case of goods becoming broken or damaged in transit, we will offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any delivery costs incurred.

Our delivery partners are DPD and UPS. Deliveries are currently taking 3-5 working days from day of order.
Our stores are open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Returns
If you would like to return or exchange your order you have 28 days from the day you receive your order to do so. If you decide to return or exchange please first contact [email protected] to let us know that this is your intention and how you wish to do your return.
Returned free of charge at Kelly’s Centra store, please note a printout of your original confirmation email will be required as proof of sale in order for us to process your refund. The card used in the transaction will be refunded, our stores will not be able to refund orders with cash. It will take 7 days for your refund to be processed.
Returned goods must be in re-saleable condition with labels intact. When returning a set of products e.g. a mixed case or gift box, all products must be present with the set complete. When posting returns, suitable packaging must be used to ensure save delivery. We suggest you retain your original delivery packing for this purpose.
In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Kelly’s Centra offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred. Please contact us directly and immediately by phone 074-9122026 and we’ll take care of everything.

Is there a minimum order amount to shop online?
There is no minimum order when shopping with us online. €7.50 is the delivery fee for any address, delivery is free if the order exceeds €100 in value to that address.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes of course, we have many gifting options to choose from. All items are shipped in transit friendly packaging to prevent breakage. You can include a personal message at the checkout stage.
Can I create an account?
Yes, if you create an account, we will store delivery addresses and contact phone numbers for subsequent orders however for security reasons we do not store your credit card details and you will need to enter these each time you place an order.

Can I send goods to Northern Ireland, or anywhere outside of the Republic of Ireland?
Unfortunately, no. Currently we can only deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 30 days to return or exchange your order – beginning the day you receive delivery of your order.
Orders can be returned to our warehouse (customers will have to cover delivery fee) – please enclose a copy of your confirmation email containing your order number.
